Our Services

We believe that a new mother should be fully attended to immediately after delivery and therefore will come to you and pick up the placenta within the first 24 hours after delivery – this is the ideal time. We will personally hand deliver your placenta pills after the process has been completed (usually within 24 to 48 hours after pick up.)

We serve families in the Denver/Boulder area delivering at home, at a birth center or in a hospital.

Placenta Encapsulation

This process includes steaming, drying, grinding and encapsulating the placenta. Every placenta varies in size and substance, therefore the average amount of capsules may vary significantly (somewhere between 50-200.) The capsules are taken 1-3 times per day for the first 1-3 weeks, or until strength has been restored, and as needed thereafter. We use only the highest grade of vegetarian capsules that have no preservatives or animal products. The capsules are an easy to swallow size (please refer to photo.)

 

Placenta Powder

Placenta Powder is made the same way as the Placenta Capsules but simply are not put in pill form. Placenta Powder can be consumed with equal benefit as the capsules but may also be used as a nutrient rich fertilizer or added to your favorite moisturizer to nourish and rejuvenate skin.
